Our Ultra-High Barrier and ConstBarrier films (OTR < 0.3 g/m2-day) prevent vitamin C oxidation even in the most sensitive specialties, while seasonal capacity surges are managed through flexible PE/VMPET/PE+PE and PA/PE+PE structures that scale with your harvest.

Membrane Structure
- NFC juice / high freshness: PE/VMPET/PE+PE (aluminized high-barrier, OTR<1)
- Regular juice: PA/PE+PE (medium barrier)
- Specialty products such as roxburgh rose juice: normally ultra-high-barrier aluminized bags (PE/VMPET/PE+EVOH/PE), now upgradable to ConstBarrier film, OTR<0.3, humidity-independent
- Large-volume formats of some products can add a PE layer to strengthen the bag body
