Filling & Line Equipment

Filling & Line Equipment — Standard models, customized to your bags, your liquid and your line

For most customers, a standard filling machine is enough. But when your bags are custom-made, your liquid has its own character, and your line does not follow the usual playbook, an off-the-shelf machine often will not fit.

QC Packaging has spent more than two decades in liquid flexible packaging — we know exactly how a bag gets filled. When you hit a fit problem on standard equipment, we work with equipment makers to adapt standard models to your product and your line, and deliver a machine that actually fits. Equipment is not our main business — it is the piece your overall packaging solution needs.

End-to-end: from bags to a running line
BIB Filling Machine Series (3L-25L)

For conventional liquids — juice, dairy, sauces, syrups — in bag-in-box and bag-in-drum formats. Bag sizes from 3L/5L/10L/20L/25L; single-head and twin-head models; optional sterilizing chamber; multiple metering-accuracy options; bag opening and filling fixtures customized to your bag.

High-Viscosity Bag-in-Box Filler — Liquid Fertilizer Edition

A special model QC Packaging developed for the liquid fertilizer sector. High-viscosity, gas-releasing, high-density liquids defeat general-purpose fillers — they under-fill, drip, or fail to seal cleanly. Adjustable metering 1-25L; single- or twin-head, approx. 80-120 bags/hour per head (at 20L); accuracy <5‰ with fast-then-slow filling to prevent drips; high-viscosity metering pump, servo-controlled, fully PLC-automated.

Fully Automatic BIB Filling Machine

For continuous, high-volume production using BIB continuous bags. Compared with semi-automatic machines, the fully automatic model requires bags supplied in continuous form, filling faster with less manual involvement.

Aseptic BIB Filling Machine

Built with an aseptic filling chamber — the filling process never contacts non-sterile outside air, giving full control from sterile liquid, through sterile filling, into the sterile bag. Ideal for UHT downstream products with long ambient shelf life.

Roll-Film Form-Fill-Seal Line — Liquid Fertilizer Edition (10-25 kg)

An automatic solution QC Packaging recalibrated for the liquid fertilizer market — metering switched from liters to kilograms, with film rolls feeding straight into the machine for automatic weighing, forming, filling, capping and cutting. Handles 10-25 kg bags; output approx. 2.5-4 bags/minute; automatic weighing metering, accuracy ±5‰; film width and bag length matched to your fertilizer specs.

What we adjust for you: to your bag — dimensions, cap interface and filling fixtures, because your bags are custom and the machine follows the bag; to your liquid — viscosity, temperature and gas release decide the metering approach (servo pump, rotor pump, weighing...); to your line — single vs twin head, semi vs fully automatic, and how filling connects to upstream and downstream steps.

How we work together: ① discuss your needs (liquid properties, bag specs, line conditions) → ② match the machine (head count, metering method, output, plus the adjustments needed on the standard model) → ③ build (place the order, factory testing before delivery) → ④ deliver & commission (installation, calibration, operator training) → ⑤ support at scale-up (pilot runs, then we stay available). Bags can be sampled first while the machine is built to the agreed proposal — the two tracks run in parallel.

All machines are developed and supplied jointly with equipment makers, adjusted from standard models to each customer's product and line; final configuration and output are confirmed during the proposal stage.

FAQ

Why buy filling equipment from you instead of directly from an equipment maker?

If your bags, liquid and line are all conventional, a standard machine is enough — buying direct saves money. Customers come to us when the bag is custom, the liquid has special properties, or the line has special requirements: we work with the equipment maker to adjust the standard model, and take responsibility for the bag-cap-machine fit end to end, so you do not have to coordinate between suppliers.

Do you manufacture the machines?

No. The machines are developed and supplied jointly with equipment makers, adjusted from standard models to each customer's product and line. Our job is the critical "bag-machine fit" — how your bag gets filled steadily and accurately.

My liquid is tricky (high viscosity, foaming, gas-releasing) — can your machine handle it?

Most special liquids can be matched. We first assess the liquid properties (viscosity, temperature, gas release, density) and your bag type, then decide the metering method and filling-head configuration — high-viscosity liquids get servo or rotor-pump metering, foaming liquids get fast-then-slow filling with drip-proof heads, and gas-releasing liquids are handled at the metering and venting stage. The real proof is a trial: we trial-fill sample bags on an equivalent machine to confirm performance before you place the order.

What is the process from first discussion to delivery?

Five steps: ① discuss needs (liquid properties/bag specs/line conditions) → ② match the machine (head count/metering/output, plus custom adjustments) → ③ build (order, factory testing) → ④ deliver & commission (installation, calibration, operator training) → ⑤ support at scale-up. Bag sampling runs in parallel with the machine build.

What about warranty and after-sales service?

The machine carries the equipment maker's standard warranty, with us coordinating support as the supplying partner; custom adjustments are confirmed by us. Warranty terms are written into the proposal stage.
