QC Packaging offers a complete range of BIB bag caps and aseptic bag fittings, including peristaltic tube caps, spiked adapters, one-way valves, large flip caps, and base screw caps. Peristaltic tube caps suit low-viscosity liquids. Spiked adapters are our innovative solution replacing peristaltic tubes, saving approximately $0.40 per bag ideal for milk bars. One-way valves maintain negative pressure for oxygen-sensitive products like wine and coffee. Large flip caps handle high-viscosity products like jam, honey, and syrup. All caps are made from food-grade PE/PP, compliant with GB 4806.7 food contact standards. FDA test reports available. Custom specifications supported upon request.

Peristaltic Tube Cap
Traditional design with silicone tube. Suitable for low-viscosity liquids like milk, water, thin juice. ~$0.90/unit.
Spiked Adapter Cap
QC Packaging innovation. Replaces peristaltic tube, saves ~$0.40 per bag. Ideal for milk bars and beverage shops. Compatible with 10L aseptic bags.
One-Way Valve
No air intake, maintains negative pressure. Suitable for wine, coffee concentrate, edible oil requiring strict oxygen barrier. Available in 3L-20L.
Large Flip Cap
Wide opening for fast dispensing. Designed for high-viscosity products like concentrated jam, honey, syrup. Minimizes residue.
Base + Screw Cap
Threaded seal for high-leakage-risk applications. Corrosion-resistant materials available for chemical and agricultural liquids.
