Bagged Water

Bagged Water Film Supply: From a First Trial Order to Monthly Reorders

East China · Drinking water (5L-15L bagged water)

The Challenge

A drinking water company in East China launched a bagged water line. With filling equipment ready, it needed a stable supply of bagged-water film and finished water bags — consistent batch quality, with delivery that keeps pace with the line.

Bagged water sets requirements on film clarity, seal strength and hygiene grade, and different filling lines require different forms — roll film or finished bags.

What We Did

  • Starting from a trial order: the first batch of bagged-water film was supplied to the client's line specification; once it ran smoothly, the client began reordering in step with production.
  • Roll film supplied by the kilogram and finished outer bags by the piece — two forms in parallel to fit different filling lines.
  • Stable batch quality sustained the reorders: top-up cycles tightened from monthly towards the production rhythm, forming a steady order-delivery-payment loop.
  • For barrel-water producers in transition, film and bag recommendations are matched to the chosen line — QC Packaging serves dozens of regional bagged water companies, with East China the densest market.

The Result

  • Since its first order in May this year the client has kept adding volume; as of September it continues to reorder to its production rhythm and has entered a stable reorder period.
  • The same supply capability serves dozens of bagged water companies nationwide, covering roll film, finished bags and supporting parts.
