They comprehensively reviewed the business achievements in 2025 and released the strategic plan for 2026. The meeting was chaired by General Manager Jake Pu, and all employees attended, jointly mapping out the development blueprint for the new year. 

At the beginning of the meeting, Jake Pu led the team to systematically review the 2025 business data. The company achieved rapid growth in its overall performance. Among them, the birch sap industry, as a newly developed sector, with precise market positioning and product innovation, quickly became an important pillar of the company's performance and occupied more than 60% of the market share. Our company initially achieved the industry vision of safeguarding the birch tree juice industry. 

In response to the challenges of the new year, we have further clarified the work directions for each of our business areas: 

l  Birch Sap Industry: The latest collection bag and membrane material Qihua III has been launched, supporting the 2026 collection season.

Although this business performed well in 2025, it may face more competitors entering the market in 2026. Our company has released the latest collection bag and membrane material "Qihua III" and applied it to the core product of birch tree juice collection, "【QinonⅡ】Self-sealing and Sealed Collection Bag" and "【Qinon Ⅲ】Aseptic Collection Bag". We will also launch an important part of the Qichen collection system, "Qichen Birch Sap Collection Traceability System", to support the 2026 collection season and consolidate our market leadership position. 

l  Liquid fertilizer business: Technology-driven, continuous progress

In response to the difficulties that liquid fertilizer enterprises may encounter during the gradual transition from traditional packaging to bagged packaging, we will continue to refine the overall solution, leveraging professional capabilities to promote the rational cost reduction and efficiency improvement in the liquid fertilizer industry. 

l  Traditional Business: Targeted Exploration and Insightful Breakthrough

In the water film field, the company will continue to provide high-quality products to help customers achieve steady growth.

At the same time, in the traditional BIB field, the company will further understand the needs of specific industries and explore the possibility of new business growth points. It aims to provide "Qichen-style" complete liquid flexible packaging solutions for 2-3 specific industries by 2026. 

l  Foreign Trade Business: Multi-channel Expansion, Global Layout

In 2026, the company will fully launch cross-border business. The company plans to expand into multiple emerging markets through cross-border e-commerce platforms and multi-channel social media marketing, and will introduce high-quality products and high-value-added services to the global market. 

To facilitate the implementation of the strategy, the company simultaneously released the 2026 incentive plan, which will offer rewards to teams and individuals who achieve key goals. Subsequently, department heads and employees successively presented their 2025 work achievements and 2026 work plans, breaking down annual goals, predicting potential risks, and preparing in advance. This serves as both an individual action guide and a signal light for team collaboration.
